Book Covers

A lot of you seemed to enjoy this post last time so I thought I'd make it a regular thing. This week along with the finished book cover and the original picture I've also included more pictures from the same set of photos. You'll see what I mean below. ;) This weeks covers are:

Also, a few of you have asked me where I find these pictures. I get my information from the book itself which always gives credit to the image as well as who created the cover. In a hardcover book it's found on the back flap usually under the author's information while on paperback novels, it's always at the back where the summary is found. A lot of the time you'll get a photographer's name. Those tend to be the most difficult to find seeing as some photographers aren't so popular and they change their portfolios a lot. Most of the time however,the images can be found on websites like Getty Images and Veer. These are usually royalty free images. Then you just search using key words from the photo like "teen" "boy" "girl" "party" and so on.
