North American Versions
I never had a problem with the hardcover version, I actually really
like it. The paperback version is really gorgeous though and for me it's a little more eye catching.
Dutch Version
This one is very pretty. The photo doesn't really represent anything
in connection with the novel but the overall design is very nice.
UK Versions
I love the hardcover version (above) and think it fits the story very well. The second hardcover version (to the left) is alright. There's something about it that I don't really love though. The paperback is just okay for me. The girl is pretty and everything but it doesn't really symbolize much of what happens nor does it elude to much either.
I love how fancy the Dutch version is. The last hardcover makes the book seem really creepy and such. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI really love the US hardback - there is something so simple about it but it really grabs my attentions. Nut I also really love the US paperback - it's just really appealing. UK wise I like the original Hardback best:)
ReplyDeleteI think I love them all! The UK ones are very striking, and the US hardcover is lovely. I've never seen the Dutch one before, but I like!
ReplyDeleteOk the US paperback is probably my fave. However I'm greatly annoyed by the fact that USA Today quotes on it that they think it will appeal to fans of Twilight. Um, seriously? Ok so I haven't read If I Stay yet but I know what it is about and I have read Twilight. I don't see the slightest bit of a connection. I'm tired of seeing Twilight and Stephenie Meyer's name slapped on so many books just for promotional purposes when most the time they have nothing to do with one another. Just sayin. Sorry for the rant. XD
ReplyDeleteTied for first would probably be the UK HC #1. It and the US paperback are both so utterly gorgeous!
Honestly though I think all of the covers are beautiful in their own way. Great post. :D

I love the US paperback version for this one ...loved this book!
ReplyDeleteOoh, I've only seen the North American hardcover version. It's interesting to see the rest. I actually love love love them all!! :D Oh and I've yet to read this book. *sigh*
ReplyDeleteThe second hardcover ver. for the UK looks like it could be a horror story. xD I actually like the Dutch ver. out of all! :D
ReplyDeleteI do love the new paperback version that was just released in the US, but I think my favorite is the UK hardcover - the first one.
ReplyDeleteI actually like all of them! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm kind of really liking the UK versions, because they speak to me! Great post.
ReplyDeleteI like the US paperback cover. I wasn't super impressed with the hardback cover - never really grabbed me. Thanks for sharing all these. I love seeing them all!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is definitely the UK hardcover. So gorgeous. :) <3 The NA (North American) paperback (I don't say US because Canada uses that cover too) comes in second.
ReplyDeleteAll of them are interesting but I am drawn to the first paperback cover-she looks like she is seriously questioning-"should I stay?"
ReplyDeleteThat sure is a lot of different covers for one book, why do they release so many different covers?
ReplyDeleteI personally read the UK Hardcover version in paperback but I've noticed the North American Hardcover is very popular amongst bloggers.
WOW....I love the Dutch version the best as well. I can't believe how many different covers!
ReplyDeleteAll of them are really great! But I do like the Dutch cover better! :)
ReplyDeleteWow! I have to say that I like all of these! I especially love the Dutch cover. Love the colors and the fonts. I haven't read this one yet, but it is definitely in my wish list =)
ReplyDeleteUS paperback for sure! I just finished this book about 10 minutes ago, and this is by far my favorite book of all time
ReplyDeleteI like the US paperback...the harcover looks too young and innocent, gives the wrong idea. Picked it up for the cover as a matter of fact and fell in love. excited for the movie now, which is why there is the Twilight reference, same director.
ReplyDeleteI like the second UK version it is very good at representing the book in my opinion.
